Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are dependent on the items in the order and the selected shipping method. We ask that all customers please allow time for the order to process. This could take up to 1-2 business days. Orders must be processed and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or the order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States.

Once an order is processed and shipped, it may take up to 2 full business days before the package is checked into the delivering carrier’s tracking system after shipment. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 2 full business days.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Due to legislative restrictions, we cannot sell or ship this product to a few states.  During checkout, you will be notified if you live in a state we cannot ship to.

RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

Once an order has shipped, generally the order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at drlaurel@wayless4u.com with details of the product and the defect.  Do not send the item back until you have spoken to a representative of WayLess .  

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
