The general consensus in the medical testing field is that generic employee drug testing is analyzed for Delta 8 and 9, and THCV. Test are reported positive if they test for Delta 9. Tests can give levels for both Delta 9 and THCV, but it is generlly not used for drug testing as they only report Delta 9 positives.
